Healthy Drink
When I was still in college, I read from a medical book that it is advisable not to drink cold water when you are having a heavy meal. The cold water freezes up the fats in the food you are digesting and it is not good for the body. It was further said that drinking lukewarm tea is better. Since I love the taste of green tea, I gave up all carbonated drinks like soda and stock up some green tea extracts at home. Teas have many beneficial components that will benefit the body, it has antioxidants and other vitamins. When I wake up in the morning, my breakfast will not be complete without a breakfast tea .
And since I have been drinking tea in the morning and during my coffee breaks in the office, I noticed that I had better digestion.
